This policy explains how Oceanleap Local, a digital services division of Oceanleap International LLC, handles information through oceanleaplocal.com and related website-service enquiries. We serve businesses in Colorado, USA.

Information you provide. A website-review request asks for your name, business name and type, city, email address or phone number, the help you want and permission to contact you. You may also provide website and Google Business Profile links, language and package preferences, project notes and optional text-message consent. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical information or other sensitive personal information.

Technical information. The form includes the page URL, submission time, browser language and any campaign or referral parameters supplied in the page address. Our hosting and form provider, Netlify, also processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and spam prevention.

How information is used. We use enquiry information to review your request, respond in your preferred language where possible, discuss a quote, provide requested services, keep relevant business records and prevent abuse. Submitting a review request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Optional text-message consent applies to your enquiry, not unrelated marketing.

Service providers and disclosures. Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are also processed by the receiving email service. Information may be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, protect rights or respond to security incidents. This website does not include advertising trackers or tools for selling your enquiry information.

Cookies and analytics. When configured and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, successful form requests and contact clicks. We do not send your form answers to Analytics. Optional analytics is off until you opt in; use Analytics preferences to change your choice. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Hosting and security services process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. Google may process analytics data in other countries. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security. Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain relevant business records or meet legal obligations. Appropriate access controls help protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices.
