These terms describe use of oceanleaplocal.com and the general service information provided by Oceanleap Local, a digital services division of Oceanleap International LLC, in Colorado, USA. A written project agreement or accepted quote sets the specific terms for paid work and takes priority if it differs from this general information.

Enquiries and free reviews. Sending a form requests contact or a free website review. It does not place a paid order, reserve a project start date, charge a payment method or create an obligation to purchase. We review enquiries before agreeing to work. Do not use the form to send confidential credentials, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Scope and pricing. Published package prices are starting prices in US dollars. Pages, languages, content assistance, integrations and special requirements determine the final scope and price. You receive a written quote before work begins. Online stores, custom functionality and additional languages are quoted separately. No paid work begins solely because you submit a form.

Payment. The published project payment schedule is 50% to begin and 50% before launch, subject to the written quote or project agreement. Domain registration and third-party booking, ordering, email or other services are paid separately to those providers unless the quote expressly includes them.

Content, review and timing. You are responsible for providing accurate business details, obtaining rights to supplied text, images and logos, and reviewing the website before launch. Packages include two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Changes outside that scope require an agreed quote. Launch estimates depend on timely content, access and feedback and will be confirmed for each project.

Ownership and third-party materials. Your domain should be registered in your name. Your supplied content remains yours. Ownership, licensing and delivery of newly created project work are described in the written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences and terms. We will help with a website move as described in the agreed scope.

Website care. Care plans are optional and month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel, as published on this website. Included update time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately. Hosting arrangements after cancellation, transfers and any outstanding charges should be coordinated in writing before service ends.

Changes and cancellation. Please discuss project changes or cancellation promptly. Treatment of completed work, deposits, refunds and remaining deliverables is determined by the written project agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not add a blanket non-refundable payment rule.

Search, third-party tools and translations. We provide a local search foundation, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue. Third-party platforms control their availability, policies and fees. Multilingual website support is not certified legal, medical or official translation.

Use of the website. Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malicious code or information you lack permission to share, or attempt unauthorized access or interference. Informational content may change; confirm project details in writing. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
